Lucy Pickard
Project Manager
Lucy joined the company in 2024. She ensures our clients’ requirements are met and they’re kept updated throughout the process. Lucy started in the construction industry in 2019 when she worked as a Project Coordinator for the pre-construction stage of new-build, social housing. Lucy has also worked as a Project Manager organising and overseeing construction projects within schools. She enjoys building relationships with our clients, so we can establish, develop and deliver their dream build or renovation. Outside of work, Lucy likes spending time with her young family and friends. As a Northampton Saints fan, she loves watching rugby, exploring new places, and lounging on the sofa with her dog.
